Start

Istanbul - Singapore

We meet at the Istanbul Airport International Departure Terminal, and after completing the ticket and baggage procedures, we depart for Singapore with a scheduled flight of Turkish Airlines. Following our arrival at Singapore Airport, we are transferred to our hotel with our private vehicle waiting for us in the area. Afterwards we will have free time. Overnight at our hotel.

Itinerary

Singapore - Bali - Ubud

After breakfast at our hotel, our guests can join the optional Singapore River Cruise (60 USD) tour organized by our guide. In this tour, we take a pleasant trip along the Singapore River with a bumboat (a wooden boat unique to Singapore). Starting from the point where Sir Stamford Raffles first landed, we see the contrast of historical docks and modern skyscrapers, and recognize the lively atmosphere of the restored riverside shops today. We pass through the Cavenagh, Clemenceau and Anderson bridges and watch the important symbols of the city such as the Merlion, Raffles Landing Site and Esplanade in a panoramic manner. After our tour, we transfer to the airport with our private vehicle for our Denpasar Bali flight. After our ticket, passport and baggage procedures, we depart for Denpasar by local airline. After our journey, which will take approximately 2 hours and 50 minutes, we arrive in Denpasar and transfer to Ubud with our private vehicle. Overnight at our hotel.

Ubud

Free time after breakfast at our hotel. Our guests, if they wish, can join the optional Sacred Monkey Forest & Kintamani Volcano tour (140 USD) with lunch, which covers the most popular regions of Bali, organized by our guide. We take a short viewing break at the Tegenungan Waterfall, located in nature, and then see the traditional purification culture of the island closely at the Tirta Empul Temple, famous for its sacred spring pools. After lunch overlooking the view of Kintamani Volcano and Lake Batur, we take a photo break at Tegallalang Rice Terraces, one of the symbols of Bali. Continuing the tour, we observe the natural life of the Ubud Monkey Forest, and then we get to know the handicrafts and daily culture of Bali at the Ubud Royal Palace and the colorful Art Market just opposite. Transfer to our hotel at the end of the tour. Overnight at our hotel.

Itinerary

Ubud - Bali

After breakfast, we will vacate our rooms and move towards our hotel in Bali. We enjoy the sea all day. Our guests, if they wish, can join the optional "Bali Breezes" tour (with Lunch - 100 USD) organized by our guide. We move from our hotel towards the Klungkung area. Our first visit point will be Penglipuran Village, famous for its traditional houses. Here we will visit the houses and see closely how the local Balinese live. After having dinner at a local restaurant with a magnificent view, we will continue our journey towards the Bukit Jambul region, passing through roads surrounded by tropical forests. We visit the Besakih temple, the main temple of Balinese Hinduism, and get detailed information about Hinduism. Then we visit Kehen, the central temple of the Bangli Kingdom, one of the most beautiful temples in Bali. After our last stop, we go to our new hotel in Bali. Overnight at our hotel.

Bali

After breakfast at our hotel, we will vacate our rooms and move towards our hotel in Bali. We enjoy the sea all day. If they wish, our guests can participate in the optional "Tanah Lot Temple" (65 USD) tour organized by our guide.16. This temple, built in the 19th century, means 'Land on the Sea'. Built on the rocks above the ocean, this temple dances on the ocean and greets its visitors throughout the day. After our tour, we return to our hotel. Afterwards we will have free time. Our guests who wish can attend the optional Ubud Kecak and Fire Dance Show (75 USD) organized by our guide. They can watch the famous Kecak & Fire Dance Show held in temples and special places in the Ubud area (it takes place in 4 different places on certain days of the week). This traditional performance, staged without any musical instruments, with the rhythmic sounds and chants of an all-male choir, tells episodes from the Ramayana epic and the story of the monkey hymn. The dancers gradually accelerate their movements, which start slowly, accompanied by the rhythm, creating a ritualistic trance atmosphere. The show gains emotional intensity with scenes directed by the storyteller called Dalang. This performance, one of the most impressive experiences of Balinese culture, will be one of the unforgettable moments of your island visit. Return to the hotel at the end of the tour. Itinerary

Bali

Free time after breakfast at our hotel. If you wish, we set out for the Bedugul & Taman Ayun & Ulun Danu Temple tour (100 USD) with lunch. The day starts with a visit to Taman Ayun Temple, which is one of Bali's royal heritage and means "beautiful garden". This impressive temple, which was included in the World Heritage List by UNESCO in 2012, attracts attention with its elegant architecture and tidy gardens. After visiting Taman Ayun, we turn our route to the Bedugul region, located in the highlands of Bali. Standing out with its atmosphere different from the rest of the island, Bedugul is one of the most special spots in Bali with its cool air and lush nature. We have lunch at a local restaurant in the forests surrounding it. After lunch, we go to the shores of Lake Bratan and visit the Ulun Danu Beratan Temple on the lake, which has become one of the symbols of Bali and appears in many images. We complete our day with this enjoyable tour where nature and mystical atmosphere intertwine. Overnight at our hotel.

Itinerary

Bali

Free time after breakfast at our hotel. Our guests, if they wish, can join the optional Uluwatu Temple & Padang Padang Beach & Jimbaran Seafood Dinner Tour (110 USD), which will start at noon and end after dinner, organized by our guide. We depart from our hotel at noon and reach Uluwatu Temple. Built on top of a 75-meter cliff in the 11th century, this temple is one of the most important temples in Bali, where you can watch the wonderful view of the Indian Ocean. After our visit at the temple, we take a swimming and resting break in the small bay of Padang Padang Beach, which you may remember from the movie Eat & Pray & Love, where you can enjoy the Indian Ocean. We finish the day by having our Seafood Dinner at the restaurants with tables lined up on the Jimbaran beach at sunset. After enjoying the sunset and the breathtaking nature view, we return to our hotel to rest. Our guides will be with you throughout the day and will assist you with all your requests. Overnight at our hotel.

Bali - Kuala Lumpur

After breakfast at our hotel, we check out from our hotel and transfer to the airport with our private vehicle for our flight to Kuala Lumpur. We will take our Kuala Lumpur City tour with our private vehicle waiting at the airport. Independence Square, Sultan Abdul Samad Building, Royal Palace, National Museum, Parliament, National Monument, National Mosque, Railway Station are among the panoramic places to see during our city tour. After our tour, we have free time. Overnight at our hotel.

Itinerary

Kuala Lumpur - Istanbul

After breakfast at our hotel, our guests can join the optional Batu Caves tour (85 USD) organized by our guide. The sacred cave temple of Hindus is also considered the largest cave temple in the world. In front of the cave, we are greeted by the giant Hindu God Lord Murugan Statue. Then, we will climb 272 steep steps accompanied by monkeys. At the end of the climb, we will find ourselves in a deep and large cave. After examining this extremely fascinating cave temple, we will also be able to see the Petronas Twin Towers, the skyline of Kuala Lumpur, from here. At the end of the tour, we move to Kuala Lumpur airport for our flight to Istanbul.

The Bali Government will impose a Tourist Tax on foreign tourists traveling by air, sea and land. The tax will need to be paid electronically and will not apply to domestic Indonesian tourists. All foreign visitors will be charged a tourist tax of IDR 150,000 (USD 10).

1- Our passengers will be able to fill in the data and pay the fee by logging into the Love Bali Application on the https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id Website or Mobile before arriving at the landing gate in Bali.

2- The payment method to be used must be credit card, bank transfer, virtual account and QRIS.

3- If payment cannot be made through the Love Bali application, foreign tourists will need to make non-cash payments at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) payment points at the airport.

4- When the transaction is successful, our foreign tourist passengers will receive a notification that the fee has been paid. After the payment is completed, our passengers will be able to enter the country.

PARTICIPATION CONDITION

This trip is organized with the requirement of participation of at least 20 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the deadline for cancellation is 20 days before the start of the tour. The tour canceled due to lack of participation will be notified to you through your agency.

Every passenger traveling to Malaysia must create their Malaysia Digital Entry Card (MDAC) three (3) days before arrival by filling out the form available at the link below. This document, which will be sent to their e-mail address, is required to facilitate the arrival of passengers in Malaysia and speed up the entry process. To submit the Malaysia Digital Entry Card, travelers must use the official online platform and provide the required information in full.

  All passengers traveling to Malaysia are required to fill out the form with your personal information and submit their Malaysia Digital Entry Card (MDAC) via the link below, three (3) days before their flight's departure date. When the process is completed, MDAC is sent via e-mail.

INDONESIA

Ordinary passport holders are subject to a gate visa in Indonesia. Diplomatic, Service and Special Passport holders are exempt from visa for their travels to the said country.  

You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.  

In destinations that require a visa, you must apply for a visa with the documents specified in the "Required Documents for Visa" list that your agency will forward to you.

HEALTH

There is no vaccination requirement when entering Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. We do not think that you will have any problems that will negatively affect your health in the food you eat. We recommend that you do not drink tap water.

EXTRA TOURS & EVENTS

Extra tours and events are organized by the local agency from which we receive service, with the participation of at least 20 people, and there is no obligation to participate. If sufficient numbers are not provided, excursions cannot be made or extra tour / activity prices, content, and vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and hours of extra tours / activities can be changed by the guide depending on the open / closed status of the museum, historical site or place in the destination and weather conditions.

ACCOMODATION

Fair, congress, concert, event, sports tournament, etc. During such periods, hotels can be used at distances greater than the specified km.  

Rooms for 3 people can be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed offered for the 3rd person in these types of rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of so-called open-close beds and coach beds, the participant is deemed to have declared that they accept the type of bed and congestion that may be experienced in the rooms for third-person and/or child reservations.  

Child discounts are valid for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and meeting the age group specified in the pricing section.  

Among the services included in the tour program, breakfasts taken at the hotel are offered with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally called a continental breakfast, and can be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.

CURRENCY

The currency of Singapore is Singapore Dollar (SGD).

Malaysia's currency (MYR) is Ringgit,

Indonesia's (IDR) is the Indonesian Rupiah.

We recommend that you take small units of EURO and USD with you during your trip.

TIME ZONE

There is a time difference of 5 hours in the winter schedule and 4 hours in the summer schedule between our destination, Southeast Asia, and Türkiye. While it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 17:00 in Kuala Lumpur.

CLOTHING AND REQUIRED ITEMS

We recommend that you buy a t-shirt that can be easily put on and taken off, short and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light coat for the evenings. Apart from this; You can also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, video camera and their chargers and spare memory cards.

FOOD CULTURE

Chicken and seafood are quite common in South East Asia. Local spices are used in the meals, but you will feel that the dishes we eat throughout the tour suit your taste.

SHOPPING

Apart from souvenirs from the countries mentioned, it is possible to find hand watches and natural food and beverages specific to the country you visit. Also Electronic goods etc. You can also get things like: However, there are restrictions on bringing electronic goods into our country. Anything above this amount is confiscated by customs.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having a visa (for the destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that you can enter the country. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.    

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and private flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between the ages of 0-2 do not pay area tax and area services fees.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of maximum 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and panoramic with narration from the in-car guide, and do not include entrances to museums and ruins. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not carried out due to local authorities not allowing to be visited or entered at the day and time of the tour, or roads being closed due to any event, or in cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the tours in question not being held. Some tours can be done by public transport or on foot, if possible, on closed roads or at points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
