CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

For cancellations made up to 30 days before the tour departure date, the full tour fee will be refunded. Cancellations made within 30 days before the tour departure date are non-refundable.

• Accommodation Tax collected by the Greek Government is not included in the package prices and must be paid to the hotel in cash by guests upon arrival.

• Rhodes Island; 0-17.99 Euros for children aged 20, 95 Euros for adults aged 18 and over.

• Kos Island; 0-17.99 Euros for children aged 50, 95 Euros for adults aged 18 and over.

• Samos Island; 0-17.99 Euros for children aged 35, 95 Euros for adults aged 18 and over.

Documents requested for Gate Visa Applications;

- Application Form (We prepare and submit it on behalf of the guests, it must be signed and shipped)

- Passport Photocopy

- ID Photocopy

- Photocopy of Schengen Visas obtained within the last 3 years, if any

- 3 Biometric Photographs (3.5x4.5 cm in size)

- Travel Health Insurance (Policy in English, covering the travel period, starting 1 day before the travel date, with a guarantee of 30 thousand Euros)

- Bank Account Statement (It must be an active and moving account with a TL equivalent balance of 450 Euros on the date the statement is taken, showing the retrospective movements of the last 3 months.)

- In the applications of children who will travel with only one of their parents, a notarized consent letter from the parent who will not participate in the trip and its English translation made by a sworn translator are required.

Gate Visa; Unlike the Schengen Visa, it is not a type of visa that is concluded in advance. After the application file is prepared and sent, you can exit Turkish Ports without a visa. The final result becomes clear at the customs of the relevant island on the day of travel. There is no information from the islands before the travel day, but in some cases of negative evaluation, information is received 2/3 days before the travel date that the guest's application has been evaluated negatively and he should not come. In case of a negative evaluation, no written or verbal notification is made from the other party regarding the reason and the visa fee is not refunded.
