PARTICIPATION CONDITION
This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the deadline for cancellation is 20 days before the start of the tour. The tour canceled due to lack of participation will be notified to you through our agency.

You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
In destinations that require a visa, you must apply for a visa with the documents specified in the "Required Documents for Visa" list that your agency will forward to you. In order to avoid problems with the customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; renewal of the mentioned passports and T.R. If it is a country that requires visas for its citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger. Since our guests under the age of 18 are traveling alone or with only one of their parents, the police officer on duty at the country entrance and exit may ask for a document showing the joint consent of the parents; We recommend that our guests under the age of 18 and their parents be sensitive about this issue.
*Having a valid passport and/or a visa (for the destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that you can enter the country. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. Our agency is not responsible for this situation, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
CURRENCY
The currency used in European countries is the Euro. It is recommended that you carry small amounts of Euros with you.
TIME ZONE
Europe is 1 hour behind Turkey in the summer time zone and 2 hours behind in the winter time zone.
For example, while it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 17:30 in Europe.
FOOD CULTURE
You should also experience unique flavors such as arancini, eggplant Pasta alla Norma, caponata and swordfish in Sicilian cuisine, which has a cuisine that will not be unfamiliar to us. As for desserts, the world famous cannoli, cassata and lemon granita must be tried. *If there are program options clearly stated in the program, such as optional events or boat rides, it is organized with the participation of at least 15 people and there is no obligation to participate. If sufficient numbers are not provided, excursions cannot be made or optional tour / activity prices, content, and vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and hours of extra tours / activities can be changed by the guide depending on the open / closed status of the museum, historical site or place in the destination and weather conditions.
*When the agency deems necessary; reserves the right to change the tour route provided that its content remains the same.
*Trips or tours that are not allowed to be visited or attended by local authorities or for other reasons will not be carried out. The Agency cannot be held responsible if these trips or tours cannot be held.
ACCOMODATION
Fair, congress, concert, event, sports tournament, etc. During such periods, hotels can be used at distances greater than the specified km.
*Rooms for 3 people can be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed offered for the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds called open-close beds and coach beds, the participant is deemed to have declared that they accept the congestion and bed type that may be experienced in the rooms for 3rd person and/or child reservations.
*Child discounts are valid for children staying with 2 adults and meeting the age group specified in the pricing section.
*From the services included in the tour program, breakfasts taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country.
*Our agency reserves the right to change the names of the hotels, provided that the category of the hotels remains the same, due to possible disruptions or technical problems reported to us by the hotel management.
CLOTHING AND REQUIRED ITEMS
We recommend that you buy t-shirts, short and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a thin coat and a thin sweater for the evenings that can be easily worn and removed during the summer season. Apart from this; We recommend that you bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera and their chargers, and spare memory cards and chargers. During Autumn and Winter, we recommend clothes that allow you to move comfortably and keep you warm, an umbrella and a thin raincoat.
LOSSES, OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS, PASSPORT AND IDENTITY LOSSES
*When leaving the hotels you stayed at during your trip, please make sure that you take your belongings completely. In cases where forgotten items are found, the expenses incurred during delivery to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the item.
*In case your passport is lost or stolen, our Agency representative/guide must continue the Tour Program as promised by the agency to other traveling guests; They should know that they will act under their own responsibilities in the entire organization regarding passport transactions, return or tour participation in the country where the loss/theft occurred. Our Agency does not accept responsibility for any troubles and problems that may arise in this regard.
*The Agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.

ABOUT FLIGHT TICKETS and FLIGHTS
*Flight hours and flight ticket reservation number information is shared by our agency before the tour date. Since it is a group reservation, you can have your luggage and customs procedures done at the specified time and counter with just your passport, even without a ticket. Our check-in procedures are carried out by our agency.
*During registration, the name, date of birth, passport and identification number in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The no-show fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
*Our agency is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to payments made to hotels and airline companies in cases where you are late for the flight or cannot attend the flight due to your own reasons.
*Our agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and private flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. There may be changes in the routes depending on the city where the plane will land. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before departure dates. Our agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
*Children between the ages of 0-2 do not pay area tax and area services fees.
HEALTH
We do not think that you will encounter any problems that will threaten your health when eating at the good restaurants and hotels of the region. However, we recommend that you be careful about eating and drinking when you are not with the group, consume strictly bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure are cooked well, and eat fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples.
We strongly recommend that you obtain reports and invoices from the health units where you will receive your treatment in case of health problems or injuries that may occur due to reasons beyond your control. It will be useful if you need it for insurance-related transactions.
TRANSPORTATION and LOCAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
*It is mandatory to wear your seat belts during the journey. It is mandatory to bring a "car baby seat" for passengers between the ages of 0-4. Our agency cannot be held responsible for traffic fines or sanctions if the rules are not followed.
*Vehicle seat numbers supplied in the countries to be traveled may differ in direction, location or location, even if they are as purchased. Placement is made in accordance with the vehicle conditions of the current country.
*All vehicles offered by Local Vehicle Service providers for transportation and transfer services are inspected in accordance with the rules and conditions of the European Union. They provide service if the vehicles that pass inspection are comfortable and flawless, regardless of their model and age.
*Including the tours specified in the program, our Agency is not responsible for the failure of the tours in question to be carried out in cases where it is not allowed to be visited or entered by the local authorities on the day and time of the tour, or if the tour becomes impossible due to closed roads or weather conditions due to any event. Some tours can be done by public transport or on foot, if possible, on closed roads or at points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
*During your travel, seat numbers are given and fixed in the order of reservation. Even if the seat numbers given are the same in numbering, their direction, location or location may differ. Placement is made in accordance with the vehicle conditions of the current country.
TRAVEL HEALTH and CANCELLATION INSURANCE
The insurance taken out by our Agency for your Travel in question is within the scope of securing you in terms of Professional Liability Insurance and Travel Health, which is required by the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies for Agencies. Travel Health coverage is valid for ages 0-65. Our guests over the age of 65 are required to have insurance against the surcharge payment. We recommend that you have Travel and Health Insurance for every trip to keep you safe.
*However, it should be noted that this insurance does not cover unconditional and unconditional cancellations. In case of force majeure, non-chronic and sudden illnesses, accidents and these negativities of the first-degree relative, the reports to be received are kept within the scope of cancellation as a result of being submitted and evaluated to the relevant insurance company. These evaluations are made by the relevant Health and Insurance Company Health institutions and are outside the scope of our agency's responsibility.
