PARTICIPATION CONDITION
This trip is organized with the requirement of participation of at least 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the deadline for cancellation is 20 days before the start of the tour. The tour canceled due to lack of participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
In destinations that require a visa, you must apply for a visa with the documents specified in the "Required Documents for Visa" list that your agency will forward to you.
In order to avoid problems with the customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; renewal of the mentioned passports and T.R. If it is a country that requires visas for its citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement when entering Argentina and Brazil. We do not think that there will be any problems with the meals that will affect your health. We recommend that you do not use tap water and consume bottled water. If necessary, do not forget to take with you stomach and diarrhea medicines, vitamins, medicines against dizziness, vomiting, headache, cold and blood pressure.

There is a 1.5-hour technical stop in Sao Paolo for outbound and return flights. It is forbidden to get off the plane during this time.
EXTRA TOURS & EVENTS
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency from which we receive service, with the participation of at least 20 people, and there is no obligation to participate. If sufficient numbers are not provided, excursions cannot be made or optional tour / activity prices, content, and vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and hours of extra tours / activities can be changed by the guide depending on the open / closed status of the museum, historical site or place in the destination and weather conditions.
ACCOMODATION
Fair, congress, concert, event, sports tournament, etc. During such periods, hotels can be used at distances greater than the specified km.
Rooms for 3 people can be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed offered for the 3rd person in these types of rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of so-called open-close beds and coach beds, the participant is deemed to have declared that they accept the type of bed and congestion that may be experienced in the rooms for third-person and/or child reservations.
Child discounts are valid for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and meeting the age group specified in the pricing section.
Among the services included in the tour program, breakfasts taken at the hotel are offered with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally called a continental breakfast, and can be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.
CURRENCY
The currency of Argentina is the Argentine Peso (ARS).
The Brazilian currency is Brazilian Real (BRL).
It is useful to have US Dollars (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
There is a 6 hour difference between Türkiye and Brazil. While it is 12.00 in Turkey, it is 06.00 in Brazil.
CLOTHING AND REQUIRED ITEMS
We recommend that you bring t-shirts that you can easily put on and take off, short and long-sleeved shirts, shorts and cotton trousers, comfortable walking shoes, a thin coat for the evenings, and swimsuits. Apart from this, you can also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, video camera and their chargers and spare memory cards.
FOOD CULTURE
In Argentina and Brazil, there are culinary cultures where meat dishes, but also grain products, predominate.
SHOPPING - ELECTRICITY
Electrical sockets are the same as in Türkiye.
There are shopping opportunities in shopping malls and small stalls selling souvenirs in city centers.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having a visa (for the destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that you can enter the country. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The Agency is not responsible for this situation, the responsibility belongs to the passenger. The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and private flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between the ages of 0-2 do not pay area tax and area services fees. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of maximum 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and panoramic with narration from the in-car guide, and do not include entrances to museums and ruins. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, do not take place on the day and time of the tour due to local authorities not allowing to be visited or entered or roads closed due to any event, or in cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the Agency is not responsible for the tours in question not being held. Some tours can be done by public transport or on foot, if possible, on closed roads or at points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
