The Bali Government will impose a Tourist Tax on foreign tourists traveling by air, sea and land. The tax will need to be paid electronically and will not apply to domestic Indonesian tourists. All foreign visitors will be charged a tourist tax of IDR 150,000 (USD 10).
1- Our passengers will be able to fill in the data and pay the fee by logging into the Love Bali Application on the https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id Website or Mobile before arriving at the landing gate in Bali.
2- The payment method to be used must be credit card, bank transfer, virtual account and QRIS.
3- If payment cannot be made through the Love Bali application, foreign tourists will need to make non-cash payments at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) payment points at the airport.
4- When the transaction is successful, our foreign tourist passengers will receive a notification that the fee has been paid. After the payment is completed, our passengers will be able to enter the country.
PARTICIPATION CONDITION
This trip is organized with the requirement of participation of at least 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the deadline for cancellation is 20 days before the start of the tour. The tour canceled due to lack of participation will be notified to you through your agency.

Every passenger traveling to Malaysia must create their Malaysia Digital Entry Card (MDAC) three (3) days before arrival by filling out the form available at the link below. This document, which will be sent to their e-mail address, is required to facilitate the arrival of passengers in Malaysia and speed up the entry process. To submit the Malaysia Digital Entry Card, travelers must use the official online platform and provide the required information in full.
All passengers traveling to Malaysia are required to fill out the form with your personal information and submit their Malaysia Digital Entry Card (MDAC) via the link below, three (3) days before their flight's departure date. When the process is completed, MDAC is sent via e-mail.

INDONESIA
Ordinary passport holders are subject to a gate visa in Indonesia. Diplomatic, Service and Special Passport holders are exempt from visa for their travels to the said country.
You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
In destinations that require a visa, you must apply for a visa with the documents specified in the "Required Documents for Visa" list that your agency will forward to you.
HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement when entering Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. We do not think that you will have any problems that will negatively affect your health in the food you eat. We recommend that you do not drink tap water.
EXTRA TOURS & EVENTS
Extra tours and events are organized by the local agency from which we receive service, with the participation of at least 20 people, and there is no obligation to participate. If sufficient numbers are not provided, excursions cannot be made or extra tour / activity prices, content, and vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and hours of extra tours / activities can be changed by the guide depending on the open / closed status of the museum, historical site or place in the destination and weather conditions.
ACCOMODATION
Fair, congress, concert, event, sports tournament, etc. During such periods, hotels can be used at distances greater than the specified km.
Rooms for 3 people can be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed offered for the 3rd person in these types of rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of so-called open-close beds and coach beds, the participant is deemed to have declared that they accept the type of bed and congestion that may be experienced in the rooms for third-person and/or child reservations.
Child discounts are valid for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and meeting the age group specified in the pricing section.
Among the services included in the tour program, breakfasts taken at the hotel are offered with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally called a continental breakfast, and can be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.

The currency of Singapore is Singapore Dollar (SGD).

TIME ZONE
There is a time difference of 5 hours in the winter schedule and 4 hours in the summer schedule between our destination, Southeast Asia, and Türkiye. While it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 17:00 in Kuala Lumpur.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having a visa (for the destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that you can enter the country. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and private flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between the ages of 0-2 do not pay area tax and area services fees.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of maximum 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and panoramic with narration from the in-car guide, and do not include entrances to museums and ruins. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not carried out due to local authorities not allowing to be visited or entered at the day and time of the tour, or roads being closed due to any event, or in cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the tours in question not being held.
