Your agency will give you this document along with its fee. In addition to the C1 document, our guests will receive their visas by paying at the door. 2 pictures (white on the back, 4x6 cm in size) are required for the door. Cambodia Visa; (A visa is required for a green passport.) It must be valid for at least 6 months as of the tour end date and must be a new chip passport. 2 pictures (white on the back, 4x6cm in size) Our guests will be able to obtain their visas for Cambodia by paying 30USD at the door. – Gate visa fees may vary depending on the country.)
You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement for Turkish citizens when entering Vietnam and Cambodia. We do not think that you will encounter any problems that will negatively affect your health during lunches and dinners at the good restaurants of the regions. We recommend that you do not drink tap water during the trip and only consume bottled water that will be opened by you for the first time.

Optional tours and events are organized by the local agency from which we receive service, with the participation of at least 20 people, and there is no obligation to participate. If sufficient numbers are not provided, excursions cannot be made or Optional tour / activity prices, content, vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and hours of optional tours / activities can be changed by the guide depending on the open / closed status of the museum, historical sites or place in the destination and the weather conditions.
ACCOMODATION
Fair, congress, concert, event, sports tournament, etc. During such periods, hotels can be used at distances greater than the specified km.
Rooms for 3 people can be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed offered for the 3rd person in these types of rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of so-called open-close beds and coach beds, the participant is deemed to have declared that they accept the type of bed and congestion that may be experienced in the rooms for third-person and/or child reservations.
Child discounts are valid for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and meeting the age group specified in the pricing section.
Among the services included in the tour program, breakfasts taken at the hotel are offered with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally called a continental breakfast, and can be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.

TIME ZONE
There is a +5 hour difference between Türkiye and both countries. While it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 17:00 in the countries we will travel to.

All mobile phone operators can be used if your phone is open to international roaming. However, there may be network problems in some areas to be visited.
CLOTHING AND REQUIRED ITEMS
We recommend that you bring t-shirts that you can easily put on and take off, short and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, comfortable walking shoes and a thin coat or cardigan for the evenings. We recommend that you choose non-synthetic and cotton clothing. You can also bring a raincoat and umbrella in case of rain. Apart from this, you can also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, video camera and their chargers and spare memory cards.
FOOD CULTURE
A cuisine very similar to the Far Eastern food culture dominates the region. We recommend that you do not buy anything from street vendors. In addition, you will notice that the meals we will have in the restaurants and hotels we will visit will suit your taste.
SHOPPING
There is a large shopping area scattered along the side streets in Hanoi. Everything is very cheap in Hanoi, which is rich in silk fabrics and souvenirs. In Siem Reap, Psar Chaa and Night Market are suitable places to buy clothing and souvenirs.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having a visa (for the destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that you can enter the country. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and private flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between the ages of 0-2 do not pay area tax and area services fees.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of maximum 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and panoramic with narration from the in-car guide, and do not include entrances to museums and ruins. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not carried out due to local authorities not allowing to be visited or entered at the day and time of the tour, or roads being closed due to any event, or in cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the tours in question not being held. Some tours can be done by public transport or on foot, if possible, on closed roads or at points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
