Conditions of Participation
This trip is organized with the requirement of participation of at least 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the deadline for cancellation is 20 days before the start of the tour. The tour canceled due to lack of participation will be notified to you through your agency.
Visa
PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA
Our VISA PROCEDURE regarding our CHINA tours is as follows.
Documents that need to be submitted to us
IT IS REQUESTED TO BE DIRECTLY REQUESTED FROM OUR GUESTS AND SUBMITTED TO US AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.
- Passengers are required to scan a full page passport image and send it to us. Any reflections, glare, cuts on the edges, etc. should not be.
- A current Multilingual Criminal Record Record must be obtained (Guests with any criminal record cannot obtain a Chinese Visa.)
After these 2 documents are delivered to us, we request an invitation document from our local agency in China. It takes about 7 days to arrive.
After we receive the invitation document, we forward it to Ligarba Turizm along with the passenger passport, criminal record record, invitation text and a few other documents that concern us, along with the passenger contact information.
Then, Ligarba Turizm calls the passengers one by one and obtains the documents from our guests. (Passport Included) and applying for a group visa. It takes approximately 3 weeks to complete and costs 200 USD per person. Visa payment is paid directly to Ligarba Turizm by the guests.
Passengers who will apply for a Chinese Visa cannot use their passports to go to another country during the visa application, their passports will be at the consulate during the application period. After the visa is finalized, they can pick it up from Ligarba Turizm or ship it to our Ligarba Turizm guests.
We need to start the process 65 days before the tour departure, otherwise visas may be at risk.
Ordinary Passport - Visa required
People's Republic of China; Ordinary Passport (Maroon Passport) holders are subject to a visa. Special Passport (Green Passport), Service Passport and Diplomatic passport holders are exempt from visa for their travels with a residence period of up to 30 days without obtaining a Chinese visa.
Health
People who take medication regularly may take more medication with them than they need. Not every kind of medicine can be found. In addition, if you have a serious health problem (heart, blood pressure, sugar, etc.), it will be useful to have a signed document with you. We also recommend that you drink tap water or drink water from a closed bottle that you open for the first time.

Optional Tours & Activities
Optional tours and activities are organized by the service center local agency with a minimum of 10 people on request and participation is not allowed. If sufficient quantities are not provided, excursions cannot be made or tour / activity prices, contents may vary depending on the change of means of use. In addition, the registered hours of annual tours/events may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of the museum, archaeological site or venue at the destination and weather conditions.
Food
Fair, congress, concert, event, sports tournament, etc. In periods like these, there is a distance of more than km. It was possible to accommodate 3 people, but the bed offered for the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple room consists of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. For the expenses of extra beds, open-close beds and beds offered as car beds, it is deemed that a declaration has been made for the frequent light and bed type that may be experienced locally in 3rd person / or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and sleeping in the age groups specified in the care section. Breakfasts taken from the services included in the tour program are offered in accordance with the breakfast fee and are generally registered as a continental breakfast, with a limited menu consisting of format, bread, tea or coffee, and can be served in a separate hall reserved for groups.
Currency
The currency of the People's Republic of China is Yuan. It is recommended to take with you USD and its part units.
Time Zone
There is a 5 hour difference between Türkiye and China. While it is 12.00 in Türkiye, it is 17.00 in China.
Clothing and Necessary Items
T-shirts, short and long-sleeved shirts, various cotton trousers that you can easily put on and take off are recommended for a month for casual walking events and evenings. Apart from this, you can also bring umbrellas, hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, cameras, video cameras and their chargers and spare memory cards. Although the climate in China, which has a very large surface area, varies technically from region to region, it is generally possible to say that it is a country with four seasons. Summers in the country are extremely humid, so temperatures are felt very high. Spring and autumn are compatible with warm weather.
Food Culture
It is an extremely rich cuisine that shows the regional regions of China's geography. Peking Duck, "manti", pastries prepared with different characteristics and eaten with sauces, and sweet mustard sauces are the characteristics of the country's cuisine. It makes you remember that it is a different cuisine from Turkish cuisine.

Having a passport and/or obtaining a visa (i.e. for the required destination/passport) does not mean that one can enter the country. Our passengers purchased the tour by accepting that their flight details may change. Panoramic city tours, which are included in the tour package, are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are made panoramic with the narration of the guide from the vehicle, and the intervals between the entrances to the ruins are 2-3 hours at most. Papua Tur is not responsible for the structuring of the mentioned tours, including panoramic tours, other tours specified in the program, in case of tours by local authorities on the day and place corresponding to the tour, in case of roads that are not allowed to be entered or closed due to any event, once it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours can be done on closed roads or at points where vehicles are not allowed, using public transportation or on foot.
