Conditions of Participation

Health
It is recommended that those who use regular medication bring more medication with them than they need. Because not all kinds of medicine can be found in the country. Extra tours and events are organized by the local agency from which we receive service, with the participation of at least 20 people, and there is no obligation to participate. If sufficient numbers are not provided, excursions cannot be made or extra tour / activity prices, content, and vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and hours of extra tours / activities can be changed by the guide depending on the open / closed status of the museum, historical site or place in the destination and weather conditions.
Accomodation
Fair, congress, concert, event, sports tournament, etc. During such periods, hotels can be used at distances greater than the specified km.
Child discounts are valid for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and meeting the age group specified in the pricing section.
Among the services included in the tour program, breakfasts taken at the hotel are offered with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally called a continental breakfast, and can be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.
Currency
The currency of Japan is Yen (JPY). We recommend that you take USD and smaller units with you for this trip.
Time Zone
There is a +6 hour difference between Türkiye and both countries. While it is 12.00 in Turkey, it is 18.00 in the countries we will travel to.
Clothing and Necessary Items
We recommend that you take t-shirts, short and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, comfortable walking shoes and a thin coat or cardigan that you can easily put on and take off. We recommend that you choose non-synthetic and cotton clothing. You can also bring a raincoat and umbrella in case of rain. Apart from this, you can also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, video camera and their chargers and spare memory cards.
Important Notes
Having a valid passport and/or having a visa (for the destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that you can enter the country. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not carried out due to local authorities not allowing to be visited or entered at the day and time of the tour, or roads closed due to any event, or in cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, Papua Tur is not responsible for the said tours not being held. Some tours can be done by public transport or on foot, if possible, on closed roads or at points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
