PARTICIPATION CONDITION
This trip is organized with the requirement of participation of at least 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the deadline for cancellation is 20 days before the start of the tour. The tour canceled due to lack of participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement when entering Germany. We do not think that you will encounter any problems that will threaten your health when eating at the good restaurants and hotels of the region. However, we recommend that you be careful about eating and drinking when you are not with the group, consume strictly bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure are cooked well, and eat fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and events are organized by the local agency from which we receive service, with the participation of at least 20 people, and there is no obligation to participate. If sufficient numbers are not provided, excursions cannot be made or Optional tour / activity prices, content, vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and hours of optional tours / activities can be changed by the guide depending on the open / closed status of the museum, historical sites or place in the destination and the weather conditions.
ACCOMODATION
Fair, congress, concert, event, sports tournament, etc. During such periods, hotels can be used at distances greater than the specified km.
Rooms for 3 people can be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed offered for the 3rd person in these types of rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of so-called open-close beds and coach beds, the participant is deemed to have declared that they accept the type of bed and congestion that may be experienced in the rooms for third-person and/or child reservations.
Child discounts are valid for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and meeting the age group specified in the pricing section.
Among the services included in the tour program, breakfasts taken at the hotel are offered with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally called a continental breakfast, and can be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.
CURRENCY
The European currency is the Euro (EUR). It is useful to have Euro (EUR) with you.
TIME ZONE
Germany, Luxemburg, France, Belgium and the Netherlands are 1 hour behind Turkey in the summer time zone and 2 hours behind in the winter time zone.
For example, while it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 17:30 in the relevant countries.
CLOTHING AND REQUIRED ITEMS
If you are going in the summer season, we recommend that you buy t-shirts, short and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a thin coat and a thin sweater for the evenings that can be easily put on and taken off. Apart from this; You can also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, video camera and their chargers and spare memory cards. During the winter, we recommend clothes that allow you to move comfortably and keep you warm.
FOOD CULTURE
When it comes to German food culture, the first thing that comes to mind is cakes, potatoes and of course beer. In this culture, which has a wide variety of meat and vegetables, there is also a wide variety of beer and wine.
French Cuisine has a rich culture, with roots dating back to the Middle Ages. French cuisine, which is famous all over the world with its famous wines and various cheeses, is known for meat dishes cooked with different sauces and famous desserts such as crème brûlée, macarons and soufflés.
Belgian cuisine combines the traditions of the cuisines of Germany and France.
Although Dutch cuisine is not a very rich cuisine, its cheeses are worth trying. Other flavors are generally fast food style.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having a visa (for the destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that you can enter the country. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and private flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between the ages of 0-2 do not pay area tax and area services fees.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of maximum 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and panoramic with narration from the in-car guide, and do not include entrances to museums and ruins. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not carried out due to local authorities not allowing to be visited or entered at the day and time of the tour, or roads being closed due to any event, or in cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the tours in question not being held. Some tours can be done by public transport or on foot, if possible, on closed roads or at points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
